Declutter

Very often a lot of us are too reluctant to let go of old things which hold any kind of emotional attachment to us without thinking if these things are of any use for us or those are just sitting and collecting dust of time .

Same way many among us find ourselves afraid to let go of such emotions which keep burdening our inner self and drag us down unnoticed and gradually they make us suffer for ages. Healing starts from the point where you are ready to let go of what is hurting you some how .Interestingly in USA there is “pack rat day” on May 17th. It’s just a way to take a little time off and dig into closets, garages, and other storage spaces with one mission: to declutter.

Mindfully de clutter and you will notice that the emotional de clutter is so much associated with it, the process are so much supportive to each other. It’s very important to shed off the extra burden , let it go and allow your emotional self to breathe light and fresh . Be aware mental health needs attention and should be addressed before it gets worse.

If you face difficulty making decisions or find it hard to let go of things that bother you emotionally , it’s a sign that maybe you need to learn the skill of letting go . Yes it’s a skill to monitor your progress by learning to let go of useless making space for new to let in and keep holding the useful to Cherish and celebrate.
