Dubai recently hosted the 4th Annual Mental Health and Neurology Conference on February 7–8, 2025, at the Dusit Thani Hotel. Organized by the American Wellness Center, the event gathered leading healthcare professionals from the UAE, the Gulf region, and the United States to discuss advancements in mental health and neurology. The two-day conference featured international experts who shared insights on the latest research, innovative treatment approaches, and case studies. Participants earned 14 Continuing Medical Education (CME) points accredited by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), contributing to their professional development. The event also offered virtual participation, allowing global engagement.
Dr. MS Tahir, a key speaker at the conference, emphasized the urgency of addressing mental health issues, stating, "Mental health is not a luxury; it is a necessity and a right of every human being." He shared his expertise on the critical importance of mental well-being and discussed strategies to enhance mental health services.
