I have two decades of experience in practicing psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, teaching and research. I have worked with culturally diverse populations around the globe. I believe that therapy and counselling enable individuals to reflect and gain insight to experience their full potential. It empowers them to be resilient and robust in their personal and professional lives. My strategic ethos includes helping people build their own tool kits based on their prowess as well as their vulnerabilities, to be stronger and more agile to pursue health, happiness, peace and success along the continuum of life.
I practice psychotherapy and counselling for individuals to deal with mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD and eating disorders and anger management. I am also a certified assessor. I work with parents, with a focus on the protective effect of good parenting practices and its significance on general well-being of young people, and the intergenerational advantages within the family and society as a whole. I provide professional help to couples dealing with issues such as; breakdowns in one to one communication, turmoil of conflict, familial complexities, restrain or apathy in physical intimacy and protracted negativity towards each other. I offer short and long term programmes to couples interested in enhancing their relationship to a different level, and to those requiring help deciding and settling in a commitment.

My purposeful customized coaching can transform results, behaviors and, over time, cultures. I coach and mentor senior management to develop critical thinking, improve interpersonal relations, harness self-motivation and determination, increase self-awareness, take ownership, enhance personal accountability, and improve challenging relationships using different approaches including CBT, role plays, shadowing, constructive perception, reflection and existential vignettes.
