Hala Tajrine is a member of Dietitians of Canada and holds a degree of Dietetics and Human Nutrition from McGill University Montreal Canada. She completed her internship in various hospitals, centers and affiliations in Montreal including The Montreal Rehab institute which helps paraplegic patients and the Heart and Stroke Foundation among others. She enjoys promoting healthy eating in the community across various age groups. She has a wealth of experience in several medical centers as well as meal catering centers. Her experience covers many countries in the GCC area, including Qatar and Bahrain. Being a mother herself, she enjoys working closely with kids and help them enhance their dietary habits. While in Bahrain she was the School Nutritionist at Bahrain Bayan School and took great pleasure in promoting healthy eating to students and staff.

She has been in Dubai since 2018 working as a Clinical Dietician and participating as an active member in the community. She is a member of the Parent association and member of the Wellbeing committee at AFLEC School. In 2019 she took part in a presentation to parents about healthy lunchboxes. In 2021 she was a guest speaker at the International Growth and Developmental Conference where she discussed in details Plant Based Meats. In 2022, she presented at Dunecrest American School as part of the Career Day events.

Hala “practices what she preaches” because she strongly believes that taking care of yourself through healthy eating and healthy habits is a true blessing, she very much enjoys helping patients across the board with their various dietary needs and supporting them get healthier one bite at a time!
