Adult Clinical Psychologist
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) therapist with over eight years of professional experience across Lebanon, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. I have spent five years practicing in Dubai and three years working in Lebanon, alongside extensive clinical training in the UK.
My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in CBT and is centered around creating a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel understood and supported. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique experiences, needs, cultural background, and personal goals, while remaining grounded in evidence-based psychological practice.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and professional backgrounds. My experience began during my clinical training in the UK, continued through my professional practice in Lebanon, and expanded further through my work in Dubai, where I have had the opportunity to work with a highly multicultural population. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt my therapeutic approach and understand the different cultural and contextual factors that can shape an individual’s mental health and wellbeing.
I have also gained experience working in emergency psychological settings, including providing psychological support to individuals affected by the Beirut Port explosion. This experience deepened my understanding of trauma and acute psychological distress and strengthened my ability to provide calm, empathetic, and structured support during challenging circumstances.
My goal is to help individuals develop greater self-awareness, build effective coping strategies, and make meaningful, sustainable changes that support their psychological wellbeing and quality of life.
