Clinical Psychologist, Trauma Psychotherapist & EMDR Therapist
I am a US-trained Counseling Psychologist with 10 years of clinical experience supporting adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties. I adopt an integrative, trauma-informed approach that combines psychodynamic psychotherapy, EMDR, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, and evidence-based interventions to help clients move beyond symptom management toward lasting healing.
I have extensive experience working with complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, and psychosomatic symptoms. I also provide comprehensive Autism assessments for adolescents and adults using the ADOS-2, helping neurodivergent individuals better understand themselves while offering individualized support tailored to their unique strengths and needs.
My work is grounded in the belief that many present-day struggles develop as adaptive responses to earlier life experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to gain insight into the roots of their difficulties, build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Having lived and trained across different cultures, I bring a culturally sensitive and inclusive perspective to my work. I have a particular interest in supporting survivors of complex trauma, interpersonal violence, identity-related concerns, and individuals navigating major life transitions.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic environment where clients from all backgrounds can safely explore difficult experiences, reconnect with themselves, and build a life that feels more meaningful, regulated, and authentic.
