Corporate Online Program

(For Managers & supervisors)
We offer 100% online model for workplace online programs. Your employees have access and can book an online consultation with us. Our professionals provide help and support to overcome work related stress and or personal anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues through online therapy and follow up tele-consultations where feasible.  

How does our Corporate Online Program work?

  • AWC offers to register your employees with us for a certain period (based on agreement) for mental health support.
  • During this time your employees will get access to directly book with AWC for consultation with our mental health professionals.
  • These consultations can be online or face to face (based on the contract agreement with employer)
  • AWC will directly bill to employer for these consultations.
  • A record / data of consults provided will be shared with employer at the end of each month with bills without clinical information.
  • Employer can buy and limit the number of consults per person / manager
  • AWC team of professionals offer the post EAP program improvement facts / charts based on evidence based tools and calculations.

What are the Objectives of a Corporate Online Program?

American Wellness Center offers an Employee Assistance Program that supports your human resource goals to improve employee job performance, attendance, productivity, job satisfaction and overall wellness. Specific objectives are to:

  • Help employees in identifying and resolving personal concerns, including, but not limited to, health, marital, family, financial, alcohol, drug, legal, emotional, stress, or other personal issues that may affect job performance.

Employee Happiness – Happiness Matters Program

This program is offered in the form of lectures, webinars, seminars, and interactive workshops in group settings. The group size can be based on employer needs and type of program offered.

How does a Happiness Matters Program work?

  • Our highly qualified mental health care professionals will investigate the category of employer based on work nature, staff needs and requirements and then arrange customized program to be delivered through evidenced based and result oriented tools.
  • This service can be availed upon request where a prearrangement must be made with AWC minimum 10 days prior to program.
  • The cost of such lectures is subject to the selections of services from online to onsite and if the interactive workshops are requested towards the end of program.
  • The employer is responsible for the cost of such programs under direct billing.
  • The employer has the choice to choose one or combination of services for one time.
  • AWC team of professionals can prepare (upon request) the post EAP program improvement facts / charts based on evidence-based tools and calculations.

Customized Therapy Sessions

Overcoming problems requires adopting new habits and a healthy lifestyle. At American Wellness Center our highly qualified mental healthcare professionals and certified coaches are expert to help minimize the stigma around mental problems and make employees feel comfortable.

A customized session is prepared for each employee taking into consideration the individual needs. Ref to our corporate page where all the further details and programs are mentioned. Usually, this service can be availed upon request booking with AWC clinic face to face or online sessions.
