At American Wellness Center we will always try an holistic approach in the first instance.  We have various physical therapy resources to us including, spinal decompression therapy (SDT), dry needling, exercises, traditional physiotherapy, shifting weight from lower back to correct usage of limbs.  In more severe cases we will prescribe medicines to reduce the pain alongside physiotherapy sessions, in critical cases we will advise surgery.
